Switch Off the Washing Machine

Turn off the machine and unplug it before checking. This keeps the inspection safe.

Check the Drain Pipe

Look at the drain pipe behind the machine and make sure it is not bent, blocked, or pressed against the wall.

Check the Drain Outlet

Look at the drain outlet at the bottom of the machine and open it to see if any coin or dirt is stuck.

Check for Dirt or Cloth Blockage

Small cloth pieces, lint, or dirt can block the drain path and stop water from flowing out properly.

Drain Out Extra Water Carefully

If water is still inside, drain it slowly into a bucket to avoid spilling on the floor.

Run the Machine Again

Start the machine again and check if water drains normally. If not, the drain pump may need technician support.
