Washing Machine Not Spinning

Pause the Machine Safely

Stop the machine and wait for the drum to fully stop before opening it.

Check the Clothes Inside

If all clothes are stuck on one side, the machine may stop spinning to protect the drum.

Spread the Clothes Evenly

Rearrange the clothes evenly inside the drum so the weight is balanced properly.

Close the Door Properly

Make sure the machine door is fully closed. Many machines will not spin if the door is not locked properly.

Run Spin Mode Again

Start only the spin mode and check if the drum spins normally. If not, technician help may be needed.
